How do I book directly with you?
You can call us directly or book securely through our website for the best rates.
What is your check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Please contact us ahead of time for early or late requests
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. We store your bags for free on your arrival or departure day.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes. A full English and continental breakfast comes with all room bookings.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please tell us if you are gluten-free, vegan, or have food allergies.
How do you handle loadshedding?
Our guest house has solar and backup systems to keep essential services running during power cuts. Wi-Fi and security systems stay powered so your stay remains comfortable and safe.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes. We offer free, fast fibre Wi-Fi across the property for remote work.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No. Some rooms have fans. All rooms have wall-mounted panel heaters.
Do you provide a hairdryer and toiletries?
Yes. We provide a hairdryer, fresh towels, shampoo, body wash hand lotion.
Is housekeeping provided?
Yes. We clean rooms Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 14:00. Use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you need privacy.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer free, secure parking on-site for all guests.
Are you close to restaurants and tourist attractions?
Yes. We are in the peaceful suburb of Milnerton, Cape Town. We are very close to many restaurants and major sights.
Are there noise restrictions or loud music allowed?
We have strict quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00. No parties or outside visitors are allowed. This ensures our corporate and leisure guests get a peaceful rest.
Can I bring pets?
No. Our two dogs, Sam and Milo, live here on the premises. We cannot host other pets.
