La Roche Guest House was opened in 2005 in the peaceful suburb of Milnerton, Cape Town and is owned and managed by Heike Lührmann and Jolyon Proudman.

Quiet area close to most shops and main roads. host are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and neat guesthouse and will recommend to anybody looking to stay there.
